We got what we paid for. It was an ok stay for a last minute break.

We got wait we paid for.

Bed was really uncomfortable and due to the rain we couldn’t enter the property without walking through a huge puddle due to the location of the caravan. There was also no parking next to the caravan either.

Wouldn't stay in this exact caravan again.

I liked the site itself and facilities. Staff was fantastic and entertainment was spot on. Plenty to do here.

The caravan bedrooms smelt of what we thought was urine? I tried to spray many times but it was very strong :( wasn't very hygienic, although tidy it seemed the furnature was grubby. Probably due to previous residents staying but could do with a deep clean.

Not the best not clean nothing worked

Where the caravan was situated

The caravan it's self felt dirty as we went in and we didn't arrive till 6.30pm Friday. The sofa bed was broken The kitchen cupboards was broken, the hoover did not work, it had a musty smell to it also the kitchen sink has a constant drip overall very dated none of the cover or pillows had protectors on witch is very unhygienic. Also the bottom cooker part did not work either would not ignight. The cleaning cloths looked like there bin there for over a month the electric heating most did not work or couldn't get the lead to reach to a socket, also the small TV in the double bedroom might as well not been there turns on but not aerial. I went on this breck as was my sons 7th birthday this was not exceptable at all

Found rubbish under the double bed and tv and mirrors could do with a good clean seating in living room not very comfortable.

Excellent value for money.

Very clean, well presented and well appointed. It was comfortable and excellent for what we needed it for. Host was very helpful.

Only thing was maybe the master bedroom mattress was very soft, but that’s a very minor niggle.

Enjoyed the space in the van. Was some wear and tear nothing too bad. Was nice having coffee and tea plus cleaning products available even a hoover

awfull! avoid at all costs!

there was nothing to like

please avoid this caravan like the plague, so much repairs need doing to this caravan asap. we lasted less than 24 hours before the park had to move us to another caravan as it wasn’t safe to stay! we had a major leak on our first night and the owner left us to fix it an sort the mess out! broken kettle, broken fridge/freezer, missing handles on all windows, missing lightbulbs. mattress on pull out bed is disgusting! mould on net curtains, shower is unusable! the list of bad things is endless, so please save yourself from disappointment and don’t book this caravan.

The park itself was great, lots to do, and central to local attractions

The van itself (H118) was situated on the main road through the site, and because of this, it was very noisy, especially at night, with people passing by on the way back from the bars etc. This probably was made worse because there were a lot of excited young people there attending a rugby competition. The van itself looks tired and worn. It needs some TLC and a deep clean . To be fair, the owner contacted us prior to arrival, apologising for damage caused by the previous guests ( broken TV in bedroom), however, there were other items that needed repair, for example handles on bedroom doors missing. Cleaning wise dead flies in the bathroom and kitchen counter tops so sticky that we had to clean them before being able to use them did not form a good first impression.

wasn’t clean dirty utensils rusty cooking trays pans had half handles bathroom smelt damp cooker hobs didn’t work properly limited use fridge not clean freezer over frosted not enough stuff in caravan ie utensils needs some work to improve

we had a great time beside the few hip cups

breakfast was great entertainment distance from the caravan to the complex was ideal as I can't walk to far kids loved it

the caravan had no tea towers and it cost a fortune to buy from the onsite shop also toilet roll for 5 people wasn't enough had to buy more also had to paid for bedding and it said it was included

ripped off, Travelled 120 miles and felt we had no choice but to make the most of it

Lyon’s Robin Hoods holiday park is lovely

front door lock needs looking at if your outside and no one is in caravan you will end up been locked out. bedroom socket taped up as hanging off, hoover has parts missing, handle of brush is in 2 parts, wire for radiator heater has been taped up but still hanging down, dining room chair broke, net curtains ripped, window catches are missing on some windows, kitchen tap keeps dripping, shower rail broke so was un usable,sofa,carpet and rugs filthy.

I loved the park but wasn’t so impressed with the state of caravan.

The property had good location - it was very peaceful. Living room space was big.

when we arrived- we noticed that all curtains had holes, it was very let down and from the outside looked pretty dirty. inside it was pretty clean however in one of the rooms there was some spiderwebs. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable- the mattress was very old and not comfortable. The shower stand was broke - so we had to always hold it. The doors to the shower wouldn’t properly close. The kettle took very long to boil. There was screw coming out of the bed in the main room and my husband scratched his leg and got hole in the shorts. And even my 10-year-old said that he didn’t sleep very well as the springs from the mattress in the small room was bothering him. My sister had caravan in the same park with around 2 min walk from ours and she paid £20 less for the stay but the state and the facilities were much better. I also must add that she had caravan for 8 people.

Staff were pleasent, location was good, facilities were good on the site.

Caravan not very clean, wires hanging around in living room (moved out of way because of baby) no hot water, used kettle water to wash up. Shower not working.
