Very friendly staff, very large breakfast buffet. Pool is huge and super fun. A little far from the main city, but very quiet. Very large resort.

The location outside the city center, right by the sea, is a major plus. The beach is usually quiet and uncrowded, offering a peaceful setting. This place has a big potential for a peaceful retreat, but it seems management wants to earn from everything/everybody, but if you don't know to whom you address your offer, then you won't have happy clients after all.
The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of both Asian and European dishes. However, the food quality is typical of standard hotel fare. Luckily, the city offers excellent street food options at a fraction of the price you would pay at the hotel.
The hotel carries a 5-star label, but the experience didn’t fully match our expectations. It’s a very large property, primarily catering to Vietnamese tour groups. There's also an extensive conference and event space on-site, often hosting celebrations and weddings.
Unfortunately, loud music, with doors and windows wide open, significantly affects the atmosphere, making it difficult to relax by the pool and at times even on the beach. Karaoke sessions during the day and heavy bass music further add to the noise.
It would be helpful if the hotel clarified that their services are mainly tailored to large event groups rather than individual travelers seeking a peaceful beachside retreat.
