Location is the key. You get early and late night access. The price you pay is worth it every penny definitely stay for at least 1 night. View while going up in cable car mesmerising. Cleanliness at property top notch.
We took family and twin room. The policy of one water bottle per person is too restrictive. This seems to be trend across Vietnam though.

Variety of things to see and do
Given a room with no shower, only bathtub. Water came out brown even after leaving it on for a while. Could not bathe. No compensation offered.
