such a fun experience! going in knowing a bit of Japanese is better
it’s such a comfortable capsule hotel! the common area is pretty spacious. the bath/onsen is very clean! the staff did not speak English but they will help you regardless!
the location is pretty far and it seems like it’s better to come with a car. the restaurant is not included in your stay so you will have to pay extra

Great baths, not so great sleeping area
I liked their bathhouse. It was big with several different baths. The salt sauna was an interesting new experience for me. The hours are good too, they open from something like 7am to 2am the next day. They use a wristband with a barcode that you scan to purchase things. I thought it was really convenient.
I didn't like that they misrepresented the room in the listing. It is not a single room, it is a single capsule in a single-gender dorm. But for the price, I suppose I shouldn't have been surprised.

Very good
I enjoyed the variety of the onsen pools and tubs. The bedrock sauna rooms were equally amazing. The restaurant on the ground floor serves good food but choices may be limited for vegetarians. The capsule option provides an adequate space for average sized person. It was comfortable, clean and secure.
It could get stuffy in the capsule without sufficient airflow.

A wonderful stay, but definitely not for first time travelers to Japan.
I really loved the library area where there were so many spots you can hang out in to read. I also loved the food, they were delicious and affordable. The onsen area was also wonderful. There were many pools to try, one of the pools had a different infusion added to it every day, for example, one day it was Rose and the other day it Grapefruit. There were also two saunas. I highly recommend going into the Hydro Sauna. When you enter you pour water on the seat then get a handful of salt to rub on your skin before the sauna starts its program. My skin was so smooth afterwards. I also loved using the water jet massagers, it got rid of this stubborn back pain I've had. There are also many other services you can pay for like a full body scrub, massage and even a parlor. The payment system is all recorded on the bracelet you receive for your shoe locker, you never take out cash in the establishment. If you want something form the vendo, you tap your bracelet and it will be recorded there, they record your number at the restaurant and charge it there. You pay for everything at the front desk when you check out.
I wish they had better pillows for the capsule hotel. There are pillows you can borrow from a bin, but they give you one white pillow for your room, that one white pillow I thought was not fluffy enough, it was too flat and made it a little uncomfortable to sleep in. It's also difficult for foreigners to go around and understand what's happening as everything was in Japanese and the staff only speaks in Japanese. I was equipped with Japanese a little above basic level and have been living in Japan for nearly a year, and it took some time to figure things out, had to do a lot of observing since I couldn't read anything.
