Location is great, close to beach, small supermarket just in front of hotel. It was also close to center. The TV has a lot of channels.

No air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. There were air conditioning in living room and one of the bedrooms. Sofa is not comfortable for sleeping so it is best only for 4 people to sleep in 2 bedroom apartments ( also dining table is only for 4 people). The water in the pool was dirty. The shower in the bath was too big to fit into the upper hanger so it was falling down and you need to keep it into your hand and shower. We only got once for 5 nights new towels and we only got 3 small ones cause they didn’t have washed the big ones. Parking is paid and cost 7,5euro per night( there are 15 free parking lots which are taken by residence). 90 % of the guests there are flat owners.

Really nice Apartment, clean very comfortable, perfect location (few minutes walk to the beach) swimming pool, good restaurant.

The only things we liked was the locación. The hotel looks beautiful on the outside and the size of the pool is good. The apartments are spacious but not clean.

Firstly, it wasn't clean. The floor had sand on it and the cleaner only mopped it briefly. There was an owful smell coming from the pipes in the kitchen and after reporting, the only thing that was done was to change the bin bag. The main concern was safety. There was a main sti King out of the wall in the bedroom exposing the cables. This is definitely not safe when there are children sleeping there. There was a power cut in the kitchen (I'm guessing another main). The only thing that was done is telling me to plug the kettle somewhere else. Ended up plugging it on the floor as there was nowhere else to do that. The bathroom tap gets so hot it literally burned my arm and this old have been one of my children. Finally, there is no supervision in the hotel after around 5 pm, leading to residents doing whatever they want, in luding breaking glass bottles in the corridor, which is only leaned the next morning.

Very little! Maybe that the cleaning staff came move than one time per week.

Where to begin? The reception staff was very unwelcoming as we first arrived. One of the guy had a resting pissed off expression the whole time that we were there. The hotel itself is very very dated. It needs major updates to bring it to normal standards. The kids sink leaked (we used a bottle underneath to collect the water so the cabinets don't soak up). Major Mold in the bathroom around the bathroom sink, old and stained shower curtains, very old and smelly curtains everywhere. The hot water tank was not turned on upon our arrival, so we showered with cold water the first night. No enough bed sheets for the number of people in the room, so we had to share individual bedshets because Noone was availabe to bring us more. No soap and paper towels provided, so we had to run to the store and buy.... And the kicker....was the pull up couch. It was so old and ridiculously inadequate for sleeping that 5 nights was a complete torture sleeping on it. The elevator was broken, it makes a huge jump everytime that it gets to a floor. You have a feeling that it will snap any minute. No parking..at all...we had to park in city property on the street and anywhere we can find. Restaurant was beyond terrible! Staff was soo rude too. Wifi was terrible TV channels were 90% Russian language Old table and dining chairs...one of the chair the leg came off... By the end of our 5 days, we couldn't wait to get out. Terrible, terrible property...not coming back there ever!

Great hotel with proper customer service, very refreshing to see this in Bulgaria! Clean and comfortable flat with a beautiful view! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. They helped us with parking which was very much appreciated.

Nothing-leaving!

Simply put the stay was wonderful. There are a lot of different stores nearby and a very good restaurant on premises. The best family hotel for the money. The children had a blast. Thanks to all the staff and Miroslav.

Nice apartment and very good equipped unfortunately not so good about cleaning.

Unfortunately bad behaviour and rude staff at the reception. Stated in facilities description there is parking available and no need of reservation. Arrived at the location at 21:00 and no parking available, reception staff doesn’t speak or probably doesn’t want to speak any other language then Bulgarian, bad behaviour and unhelpful staff. It took me 2 h to find a safe place to park at approx 2 km away. Would never go back and would never recommend to anyone to try it at list until some off their staff change the way treat the costumers.
