Kleines Hotel in guter Lage zum Flughafen. Das Zimmer ist mit dem nötigsten für eine Nacht ausgestattet. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Es wird ein Flughafenshuttle (24/7), 4$ fürs Bringen und 6$ fürs Abholen, angeboten. Wir sind jedoch einfach knapp 15 Minuten zum Flughafen gelaufen. Die umliegende Gegend haben wir als sicher empfunden. Da wir vom Flughafen auf die Corn Islands geflogen sind und nicht unser ganzes Gepäck mitnehmen wollten, konnten wir zwei Taschen für eine Woche im Hotel zwischenlagern.
Die Preise im Hotelrestaurant sind sehr hoch für nicaraguanische Verhältnisse. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es leider auch keine Restaurants. Alternativ kann Essen per Lieferdienst bestellt werden.

Really practical if you have to catch a flight early in the morning. Easy taxi transfer with the hotel and 24h food service enabling us for a quick breakfast before heading out to our next destination.
The room we had was small and smelled like humidity; the bed smelled like sweat.

I like the location which was in a secured residential area...
Beds were too noisy.. every move a noisy cracking will be heard that will wake us up.

Restaurant is way overpriced for low quality, deep fried food in small portions. They even weigh the fries to be sure you dont get too much!
Staff is nice but very slow and really badly organised
Everything, even ordering a bottle of water, goes through reception. Each action is a form to fill by one person (while others watch or so admin)
This means you can wait sometimes 45 min to buy something because check ins in front of you

Situated in a safe gated neighborhood with the nicest looking houses/streets I saw in my short time in the capital.
Food in the hotel is hit and miss, sometimes you will get fair, decent portion sizes and other times the quantity of food on the plate is so small even a pigeon would still be left hungry. Trouble is there isn't anywhere else to eat nearby. We stayed for a few days so we ended up taking a 10/15 minute walk back to the airport each day to get a meal from one of the many choices there which worked out much cheaper and far better value for money.

I had paid for breakfast to have it at 2:45 am and the receptionist when I asked for he said : no breakfast until 4:00 am. Then I was offered a juice.

I left at 4am. A free coffee would if been nice. A quiet room, no window, good place to rest for a 4am trip to airport. Airport shuttle right on time.
No chicken or hamburg on menu so limited food and nothing in the area. No kitchen to heat your own so just be prepared. Nice people, safe location.

Not very interesting neighborhood.
It was difficult to find the place - even for the taxi driver. Limited options to eat out, no supermarket or even decent shop close by. . But for the before-the-early-flight night perfectly OK

AC And decoration
Comfortable hotel with private rooms but not very nice people. They have open reception 24/7 which is great to accommodate Spirit late flights, but reception crew can be unwelcoming, which can be unpleasant for your first visit to Nicaragua. Also, it says airport shuttle included, but a surplus of 6 USD is charged . If you want to go anywhere, it's quite far from anywhere, and you need to walk, or take a taxi from the inn which will cost 10 USD minimum.
