The penthouse apartment lies in the heart of Kamala with stunning views of both the sea and surrounding hills. It is 180 sqm of indoor area and a 100 sqm roof terrace. The property is close to beach and restaurants. The space 180 sqm of indoor air-conditioned space, beautifully furnished with panoramic views (sea and mountain) from all the main living areas. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a fully equipped kitchen and other utilities. Guest access Guests have access to a gym, 2 swimming pools, squash, an on-site restaurant that opens for breakfast through dinner, a shuttle bus to the beach and nearby restaurants. Interaction with guests Someone will be available at all times to deal with any queries and requirements during your stay and will of course be on hand to greet you on arrival. Other things to note The penthouse is cleaned daily (included in the cost of accommodation). Please note that there is no elevator up to the apartment so the property is not ideal for elderly or disabled guests. There are however porters who will help with luggage etc. Guests should assume that check-in time is after 3pm, and check-out time is prior to 12 noon, unless otherwise agreed. Check in and checkout times are usually flexible but this is not guaranteed, so please ask in advance.
