About this house rental
Wonderful open water views from this 3 bedroom cottage on Indian Lake. Enjoy boating, swimming, and fishing at this property. The cottage has a living area with television and three separate bedrooms each with a double bed. There is also a set of twin bunk beds. Guests provide their own bedding and towels. A full kitchen is equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, stove/oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. There is one bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Rates based on up to 4 guests. Additional fee for additional guests.

Getaway with my husband, kids, and in-laws. Location was great, we loved the water access, we rented a boat and it was so nice to pull right up to the dock. Also enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor seating. Check-in and out process was great, owner was responsive and allowed us to add an extra guest when our plans changed. The cottage itself was ok. I was surprised when we arrived that there was limited privacy with the bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms had walls that did not reach the ceiling which allowed light and noise into the bedrooms (very hard with small children napping/sleeping). The entry to the home from the parking area was through the 3rd bedroom, there was no door to this bedroom, and the bathroom access is also through this bedroom. Overall these are not major issues however it would have been nice to know when we were traveling with young children. We had a wonderful time though, and everyone enjoyed themselves, can't beat being right on the lake!

Pleased
Everything was as advertised! I was sorry we were 1/2 late checking out, I had all cleaned up and were loading up, but couldnt find my glasses!! Never did so maybe cleaning crew will!?🤔

This home is in a great location and was perfect for our family. My only recommendation is that they mattresses be replaced. The top bunk was pretty dirty so we didn’t use it.
Overall we had a great time and will definitely be back!

Upon arriving at the lake house, the A/C was not on while the area was experiencing a heat wave. The two window units are not adequate enough to cool the home. The overall condition of the property is ok but I do question beds being pushed up against outlets that are in use as well as other receptacles that are not sufficiently secure. Overall ok to stay if you just need a place to stay and the weather is not extremely hot
