Everything they had to offer and staff was super nice, customer service on point. It had AC which was a life saver.
I would just add more hangers and fix the beds in place because they were moving.

24hr check desk made it easy because our plans had changed and we only booked that day on short notice and arrived near midnight. Very clean room, excellent washroom/bathroom, comfortable temperature.
Single beds, but reasonable mattress. The sheets were a bit on the small side. A little expensive for what it was. Stairs and no elevator.

The central location and the neighborhood were appreciated, even if not fully enjoyed. The receptionist's friendliness was welcoming. Cleanliness is a highlight.
I had to climb 6 flights of stairs with a suitcase after running a marathon. I though that my booking on the APP was the reason for being sent upstairs, I felt as if I were not a first class guests. The seating space in the room was uncomfortable, extremely tight. The warm/hot water took 3 to 4 minutes to arrive, which pushed me to a tiny corner of the shower while rubbing soap on me. Parking was extremely hard and limiting. Traffic was very bad.

Location was great. Room was simple and tight but great shower( hot water and fantastic water pressure). Someone was always at the reception desk. They allow large dogs!
It was a small room and the beds were ok.
