Clean room with thought for guest's comfort

Kitchenette is small but properly equipped to cover basic drink/eat: freezer, microwave oven, kettle, dishes and utensils. Blinders/jalousies on the windows are quite helpful. Small section with shelves and towels is very convenient. Small flexible lamps near the bed are awesome. Even hairdryer is provided!

Mattresses are too thin/light and they shift very easy. I don't understand why big halves of the window can't be opened for fresh air. Kitchen lacked sponge or paper towel to clean the dishes.

value for money

you will get what they promised to you. Location is very good, 1 min after leaving the hotel, you enter a mall that you could grab something to eat or you could walk to the train station / metro inside of the mall ( in a windy day it is a life saver ) The room was clean and the environment was silent

The bathroom was a bit small, especially while taking the shower. For a couple of day visit it is applicable but if you would like to stay longer, it would be a bit annoying

Vi havde bestilt for 2 nætter, men kørte hjem 1 dag før.

Lejligheden var ok.

Toilet var for lille. Morgen mad var slået sammen med et andet cab in i det gav alt for dårlige forhold. Gardinerne kunne i blænde for lyset ude fra.

Conveniente ma per un motivo

La struttura si trova vicino ad una stazione della metropolitana e del treno (10 min a piedi) che permettono di andare in centro verso l'aeroporto. Vicino c'è un grande supermercato in cui poter fare qualche piccolo acquisto o mangiare qualcosa se si vuole stare in zona. La camera è dotata di un'ampia vetrata che durante il giorno la rende molto luminosa. Rispetto ad altre strutture, ha un prezzo molto più vantaggioso.

La pulizia della stanza è risultata scarsa: moquette ed alcune superfici molto impolverate, la moquette presentava alcune tracce di gomma da masticare su di essa. Per un letto matrimoniale "alla francese" (una piazza e mezza), viene fornito solo un piumino da una pizza che quindi risulta di larghezza insufficiente (soprattutto se si è in 2). La cucina (se così si può chiamare, visto che in meno di 1m ha solo frigorifero, microonde ed un lavandino), a detta della reception non può essere usata. La gestione delle luci è strana: nella zona letto non ci sono normali lampadine se non 2 luci da lettura sopra la testata ed una lampada a pianta in un angolo della stanza per cui si richiede di alzarsi dal letto per spegnerla. All'ingresso ci sono 2 interruttori, uno di questi accende una luce fuori dal bagno e la luce della specchiera in bagno, l'altro accende i faretti nella zona armadio ed i faretti in bagno. Il bagno non è finestrato, non c'è una ventola che attivamente risucchia l'aria (solo un foro di ventilazione passiva) ed è piuttosto angusto e scomodo (lavandino piccolo, no box doccia, water incastrato tra muro e lavandino).

Fantastic location near the metro, train, and bus stations.

We were pleasantly surprised by how convenient it was to reach the hotel. If you're seeking accommodation near the airport, this is the perfect choice, and you needn't worry about spending too much time traveling to the city, as the city center is easily accessible by metro. Only 7 minutes by train to Copenhagen Airport and approximately 10-15 minutes by metro to the city center. Adjacent to the large shopping center, Field's. A very calm and quiet location.

The bathroom is very small, with a peculiar shower setup that tends to flood the entire area. It shows signs of wear and tear but is kept clean.

Locația a fost destul de buna și personalul foarte amabil ,curățenie de nota 10 și liniște.

Spațiul camerei destul de mic pt doua persoane și patul care nu a fost tocmai confortabil.

Very good

Location was great. I could walk to the Congress center and it is close to the railway and shopping center.

It wasn't that clean (toilet and bed sheets).

The bathroom and cleanliness was disappointing, the rest was ok

It was easily accessible by metro and the price was ok

The "bathroom" was (not without reason) nowhere to be seen in the pictures. It was just a very small cubicle with the shower separated from the toilet by a curtain. This meant that you actually showered on the toilet, which of course meant that the floor was also wet. We also found out that they only clean once a week. That wouldn't be so bad if it was clean for new guests. But when we arrived there were several hairs on the shower wall and cobwebs in the corner.

Great value for money

Everything with their concept. They even let me in the room before check-in. We communicated thru the booking app what was extremly easy and modern way of doing business.

That rooms are not cleaned during the whole stay. It woud be fine if they would clean it at least once in a week.

This place for stay and visit Copenhagen is on the best location, best and easy transport connections with city center. Also this object offer to much facilities for self-made organisation for staying there like cooking, washing etc, nothing missing what is needed for there. Also staff was there at any moment when is needed, in one worth for all people who's going to visit Copenhagen this hotel is best solution. Our congratulations for Hotel, staff and idea how for this type hotels. Again thank for the hotel and staff who made our staying there excellent. 2 families from Serbia.

Meet expectations for the amount paid.

Staff are very friendly and professional!

The breakfast has limited choices. Borrowed a fan as it was hot, and the fan was very dusty. Had to clean it myself. Bedsheet was dirty, but the cleaner helped.

Okay value for money, could be improved by fixing some issues

Room upgrade. Got a larger room with a comparatively better view. Really good for a longer stay Good transport options. 20 min to the city center by metro, bus routes to the airport. Large shopping mall nearby (along with a number of restaurants). Helpful reception staff (was able to get refills and help with other small asks like printing airplane tickets). Pleasant modern interior and exterior. Good set of cuttlery and plates plus the option to wash the dishes. Convenient modern laudramat (45 DKK wash, 50 DKK dry, used my own detergent); can pay by card.

Certain issues with the buffet breakfast: - Limited options. - You would have to leave the buffet immediately at closing, othewise the janitors will ask you out (which was not made clear to us at arrival). - (Not sure it was a buffet food, but still) We both got heavily poisoned with a few days difference. Some food options and not perfectly clean cutlery were suspicios in this regard. The weekly cleaning only changed towels, not vacuum cleaning, mopping, etc. Did not have a clean sheets set to replace too. Pillows seem to contain allergens (wool? feather?), was hard to sleep before took the pillows away. Relatively small bathroom (some solutions were the cheapest). Only a few lighting options (e.g. no ceiling lights).

Good value

Nice mini apartment, with very good value. Good train/metro connections to the city and the airport. Denmark‘s largest mall is next door in case you need something. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Kitchen only had microwave and water cooker for preparing meals.

I would stay there again out of the outmost need and not by choice.

the staff was nice and the location too, not to far away from either airport nor city center. It has 2 elevators so didn't have to wait much to reah my floor. It comes with a fridge and a semi-kitchen you could also cook in a common area but I didnt use it during my stay. It was close by a mall where they had a big supermarket and places to shop + eat so that compensated a lot

The other guests, often you will meet (lots of men) in the elevator that were smoking weed (not in elevator but carrying it) it didn't make me feel safe nor my mom. One day we had to be evacuated because some guest smoked in their room, it was winter and cold in Copenhagen so very dissapointing. The bathroom was not very clean or easy to clean, small and their soap / shampoo quality was bad, worse of it all you could ask for more soap but the dispensers are key-locked so you cannot changed them by yourselv, only housekeeping could. Also some days I requested housekeeping (because you have not to be in the apartment) and they didn't clean at all, I think due to miscommunication from the front desk not blaming housekeeping because they were very nice if you needed TP or something and they were in the hallway they were willing to help.
