All the staff are really nice and attentive. The services provided are immaculate. We had a great time here enjoying vacations.
There’s just one thing that bothered me. The first day when we arrived, we went by one swimming pool with kids’ facilities. There were these two vendors selling souvenirs like little rocks and handicrafts stuff. We walked by, they started out of nowhere yelling out “Ching Chong”, which is a racist slang against Asian people, and all the terrible things. They are adults. I’m pretty sure they are conscious of they are talking about. What I’m not sure about is if they are staff from the hotel. Even if no, I hope everyone working in hotel property could learn basic respect. Nobody should be discriminated against by their skin color or how they look or anything.

- shower was not warming up
- beach was not constantly clean from sargazo.
