The house is lovely, we really enjoyed our stay. The front porch is really comfortable and nice view of the city lights in the evening. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again and recommend.

We have stayed at this property before and enjoyed our stay. This time did not disapoint. Love that it has a garage. It is very clean. Love the ducks that cross the lawn every nite around 5.

This was an excellent stay for both work and recreation for my husband and myself. The residence was superb, kitted out with everything one needs, including beautiful contemporary decor and appliances, lovely amenities and a pleasant 10" walk to downtown. We would definitely like to choose Blue Vista house again if we return. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and we felt welcome. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and across the street from Mayo Memorial Park and the river.

Our family of 6 adults and 4 small children stayed at this property in order to attend a family reunión in Rochester. We were so pleased that it was totally refurbished in a modern lovely way. Very comfortable and extremely well appointed, with a lot of attention to detail: a full supply of spices in a well stocked kitchen, nice toiletries in the bathrooms, fresh new towels, comfortable and good looking bedding, a big selection of DVD movies, books, Rochester information, even cute notecards to mail. The hosts were very accessible and ready to help. A very pleasant stay.

The house was convenient for us as my father was receiving treatment at Mayo Clinic, and is near many places in Rochester. The house was well-stocked with amenities throughout, from tea and coffee to snacks to bathroom toiletries. It’s an old house but completely updated and sparkling clean. Lots of space to relax, unwind, sleep. Would absolutely stay here again. The attention to detail to provide a comfortable stay is truly commendable.

We stayed at this home for a week while my wife was a patient at Mayo. The location is perfect, a short 4-minute drive to the clinic (it was winter, we weren't walking). Also close to a fantastic local Whole Foods-like grocery store (People's Co-op). The home itself was very comfortable, with a great kitchen and bedding. Highly recommended.

This property had been excellently redone top to bottom. The furnishings and accessories for VRBO guests are above and beyond. The instructions for everything from internet to coffee to checkout are extremely helpful. The neighborhood is a little rundown, but you are steps from downtown and running / walking paths along the river. It's the trade off for proximity at a very reasonable price and lovely accommodations. I would recommend this hone for families who just cannot fit in a normal hotel room or who wish to stay together. Great spot!

Perfect for a three day trip for my wife and her girlfriends. Spent the time checking out area shopping and dining. The 4 bedroom home had all necessary amenities. They had nothing but good things to say about the host and hostess. Highly recommend ‼️

House was clean and newly remodeled. They had even left us a few staples! Loved the daily duck crossing!!! Who need peabody ducks? Loved having a garage stocked with bikes for adults and for kids! Game cupboard was stocked in the house. All around a good experience..

Many thoughtful touches and kindnesses were noticed and appreciated as we were staying for quite a while during treatment at Mayo. There was plenty of extra sleeping space for our family or friends to come visit a couple different weekends. That was important since we were far from home and going through a bit of a health crisis. The first week while I still had energy for it, we rode the bikes which the hosts left for our use along the river bicycle trails. Beautiful! Later in our stay we took walks across the walking bridge toward the downtown and enjoyed watching the ducks and geese. Tony was so quick at getting back with us and when we had a flat tire on one of the bikes he brought a whole new bike over for us. Tip: For the best view in the house sleep in the upstairs bedroom facing the river.
