Quiet, end of one way street so minimal traffic, staff are very friendly, breakfast is tasty.
Fix the mould in the bathrooms, all it takes is a few hours in each room to cut out old mouldy silicon sealant and replace with new.

Staff was great
Very very dingy. Carpets all stained and walls need paint badly.
