Location is great if you are coming in and out of Munich since it's within a 5-minute walk of the central station. There are a number of good non-Bavarian food options around with easy access to the grocery store. The breakfast service was included with a pretty long window which I appreciated. Overall good value for money.
My room didn't have any cross-ventilation so it got hot even with the fan provided. The only window opened out to someone else's balcony and unfortunately the first night the guest was smoking which drifted into my room. I think that person was also trying to look into my room which felt particularly uncomfortable as a solo traveler.

It was very practical, close to train station. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was basic and more then enough for one person. Especially having a bath tub was great too + a mini bar!
The buffet breakfast was perfect as it saves time, and they were aways replenishing it. The older lady was so friendly made my day 😄 Thank You
If there is one thing that I missed was it had no air conditioning however they did have a fan.
