I thinking it was a great variant in that price range.
We can't demand the same conditions from a hotel where the night starts at €120 and this one, where the night is much cheaper. But in my opinion, this is a pretty good option. For the price of a hostel, you get your own room with breakfast, TV, private bathroom, and towels.
The main hallway could do with some airing because there's an unpleasant damp smell. The woman in charge of the kitchen was a bit rude. A little renovation would be nice... at least replacing the carpets in the rooms.
