The staff flawlessly delivered on the high expectations of the Ritz-Carlton standard. While you could certainly stay at a Hyatt, St. Regis, or Hilton, this stay served as a perfect reminder that the true Ritz-Carlton experience prioritizes unparalleled service above all else. They truly live up to their historic credo of "Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen."
Maintenance needs attention, particularly at the jacuzzi. The sloppy waterproofing application is a glaring eyesore and falls well below the standards expected of a Ritz-Carlton property.

Liked the location, staff's service attitude and breakfast service. Rooms are clean and serviced twice daily. They accommodated our request to book peking duck restaurant in town and our special thanks goes to Itziar Maroto who navigated this for us.

The most incredible and helpful team of people specially the client relations in charge who assisted me while I was not feeling well. The service was perfect.
