The hotel itself looks amazing, it’s done up really well. The staff were always very helpful with any queries and the location was pretty good for Tian’anmen and Forbidden City, only 10mins walk away. The pickup / drop off service was brilliant as well as the laundry service.
The showers were a bit grimy and could do with a better clean around the edges as there was mould.
Not the hotels fault, but construction right outside the hotel which was quite noisy in the day and messy.
Something to be aware of, you can’t get a cab directly outside the hotel, you have to walk 3-4mins down the road to catch one, but the hotel staff would help with bags when you leave!

The hotel is very unique and beautiful, and the staff is phenomenal! The concierge and staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff felt very luxurious!
