Beautiful vacation spot! Everything was thought of and available to us while we stayed here! The condo will be one we return to for years to come. This condo was the perfect spot for going to the beach each day, enjoying the multiple pools and going out in the evenings for dinner. The area is safe and family friendly; I was able to go for long runs each morning. Perfectly located.

The property was extremely nice and communicating with the owner was amazing (quick response). Nice get away for the weekend.

We had a wonderful time on our family beach vacation. The property is beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed for our stay inside and outside the condo - pool, hot tub, nice grills in the courtyard and beach amenities. The beds were very comfortable which can be hard to come by at a vacation rental so a definite plus! Thank you Kay and Ed for your wonderful hospitality! We plan to be back in future.

This is a great property with equally great hosts. The location in Sandbridge Beach with its views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Back Cay is tops.

I would agree with other reviewers that the pictures do not so the inside of this condo justice! It is spacious and bright which makes it so easy to spread out and relax as a family. Beds are comfy, linens are thick and nice. The kitchen has everything you need to do anything you need. Bathrooms are nice and roomy. The view in the evenings of the sunset were one of our favorite parts. Easy beach access, and the parking garage and storage for beach items were amazing. The pools were also a big for our kids after a day on the beach. No complaints from our family - highly recommend!

Property was clean, well-appointed and very comfortable for our family. Pictures were accurate. Host was easy to reach. We had a wonderful stay in this condo, would stay again and highly recommend.

No surprises. The unit was exactly as pictured. Any questions we had were answered promptly (if not immediately) by Kay. On top of that, they called to fill us in on a few more things. The unit is well furnished, well stocked, and the view was amazing - ocean to the right and sunsets over the bay to the left! A great getaway.

This condo was excellent! The location was very close to the beach with both ocean and sound views. The pools and close restaurants were excellent. The condo was fully stocked with everything you would need including a luggage cart, storage unit for sandy beach things, kitchen supplies ect. The checkin process was slightly inconvenient as you have to stop at the owners house to pick up the keys on your way in but the owners were very friendly and responsive. The late checkout was also very nice! One observation for young families is the condo has lots of large furniture that is not anchored to the walls which was a slight safety concern. Overall a great place to stay! We will be back!

Great location and the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in. Beds were very comfortable and the location allows you to see both the beach and sunsets over the sound. Both Kay and Ed were very responsive and fantastic hosts! We will definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our quiet getaway with 3 adults and 2 teens. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and sound from the deck off of the master bedroom and living area. The interior is spacious and comfortable so that in the event of bad weather you can still thoroughly enjoy your surroundings. Check-in and check-out was super easy and the owner was delightful. We will definitely stay here again.

The pictures of this property look fantastic and gave us high hopes - but walking in and seeing it in person was absolutely stunning - the pictures, although great, didn’t even do it justice! What first drew my eye as we walked in were the gorgeous gleaming floors and then quickly I was marveling at how much beautiful natural light there was filling the great room coming from the wall of floor to ceiling windows and from the glass doors. The view can not be captured in words - the beauty of the beach and of the bay together in one panorama, a truly unique and awe-inspiring perspective, I’d choose this view from this balcony and windows versus straight-on just ocean a thousand times again and again! The gorgeous sunsets on the bay - so picturesque! This property is so stunningly well appointed and so impeccably well maintained; so much so that it really did not feel like we were staying in a rental! There were no typical signs of wear anywhere, everything was immaculate! Super well equipped, everything is thought of for you in advance. I have never, ever been this pleased with the condition of a vacation rental before and never have I had this easy and smooth of an experience with a vacation rental before. Working with Mrs. Halloran was simply wonderful in every way from beginning to end; couldn’t possibly have been any better! We felt very well taken care of. Her enthusiastic love for the beach and the beautiful ocean, with their ability to provide cherished memories for families for generations, comes through in all of her communications and in every aspect, we felt that she truly cares, wants you and your family to love it and experience the magic of it too, and it shows. We couldn’t believe our luck with there being absolutely zero negatives about the condo at all, just positives - and as a result, we had a truly relaxing and stress-free time together as a family to relax and make great memories in beautiful Sandbridge, in this perfect condo. This property was fantastic! The entire place was spotless, had nice views of the bay as well as ocean, it came with all the needed amenities and the owners were Incredibly responsive (and kind). I would highly recommend anyone with a group of six or less people (including children) sign up for this vacation spot.

Our family of 4 stayed for 10 days and had a great experience. Right on the beach, easy parking and the condo itself is beautiful. Only negative is that the property’s pool and outdoor facilities were closed due to Covid.

While we had lousy weather (rainy, unseasonably cold, and persistent 30 mph wind for 3 days) from the remnants of hurricane Sally, the location, cleanliness and communication with Kay were great! Too bad the weather can not be planned. We found the natural areas south of the condo to be a great alternative to the beach vacation we were expecting. We also found the condo clean, quiet, and a great spot to hunker down with movies, games and each other! Would definitely return with hopes of better weather

Absolutely perfect stay. Spotless apartment with all the amenities you can think of, extremely well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of natural light, large windows. The balcony is perfectly placed to see both the ocean and the bay. Our favorite spot to have our meals or just hang out! We didn't use the property pools but they seemed very nice and clean. The hosts are very responsive and answered all our questions within minutes. The location is perfect, right on the beach and a short bike ride from the Back Bay Wildlife reserve. Amazing sunset views from the balcony. Looking forward to being there again soon!
