About this condo rental
Located in Ketchum, this lovely condo for $379 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. First Bedroom - King Second Bedroom - Two Doubles This single-level, ground floor entry, 1,800 square foot 2-bedroom/ 2-bathroom Lodge residence has been remodeled with attention to detail from the high-end kitchen appliances to the spacious open floor plan. The entry has a laundry room with a stack Bosch washer and dryer to the right, and the left side provides a mud room with cubbies for all your gear. The great room has a wood-burning fireplace with the 40-inch flat panel TV mounted above and a DVD player. The dining area easily seats 8 and is open to the living room area with an office nook. The gourmet kitchen has a 4-burner Viking Gas stove with a Chargrill, stainless appliances, slab stone counters, and hardwood floors. The large kitchen island has a butcher block top with bar seating for three. The entrance to the deck is off the kitchen and runs the length of the condo with deck furniture (summer only). The residence comes with private wireless internet access. The Master bedroom is very spacious with a walk-in closet, King bed, sitting area, and an en-suite bath with marble double vanities. The shower has a regular shower head and you also have a handheld wand. The guest bedroom across the hall has two Double beds and a hallway that leads to a sauna on the right and a full bath at the end of the hallway. The bathroom is marble with a walk-in shower with a regular head, a rain shower head, and a handheld wand. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap for the baths and kitchen. This property has a detached garage that is close to the building and has racks for skis inside. This property does not have A/C and does not have a landline telephone. Complex Features: The Sun Valley Lodge is within walking distance as well as the Pavilion, ice rink, and restaurants in the Mall area. Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time. Please note: We will make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded property.

We love Sun Valley and had another terrific weekend. The Lodge Apartment was beautiful, well maintained and delightful. The only unfortunate situation was it rained so we wanted to use the fitness center in the Lodge and evidently that isn't available for renters of this unit. Would have been nice to have that option.

The office staff we spoke with before our arrival were always friendly and very helpful. When we arrived for our stay, we had trouble finding the correct door to the condo complex and the lock on the door to our rental was incredibly hard to open. We called for after-hours assistance and she couldn’t get the lock open - had to call someone else who talked her through opening the door. When we asked if someone would repair the lock, she said there was nothing wrong with it. Once the condo door opened, the rooms had a very strong musty smell. The after-hours assistant was rude and condescending. We get it - it’s not great being called to assist on a Sunday afternoon, but we would have appreciated a little courtesy. We checked into the Sun Valley Lodge and let the condo company keep our rent.

Great condo in a great location. Very comfortable and spacious. And the management company was very attentive to anything we needed. Two comments - there is a plastic covering on the king mattress that made it a bit uncomfortable, and the TV in the living room is dated. But we were very satisfied otherwise.

The accommodations are wonderful, if checking in after hours listen closely for check in instructions, can be a little tricky. People in Sun Valley are wonderful.

Wonderful location and accommodations!
We selected this condo for its proxemity to Sun Valley where we attended the Sun Valley Writers’ Conference. Alpine Property Management was most helpful in getting a few things repaired quickly. We would definitely book with them again.

Great stay in Sun Valley!
We loved our stay here in Sun Valley. The property was well located in the Sun Valley village within quick walking distance of the ice skating rink and a short bike ride away from Ketchum. It was very clean and well equipped with anything we could need.

Overall the unit was great. Very spacious and well equipped. Extremely close to the Lodge and Inn. Short distance to Ketchum. The decor was a little outdated and uniquely decorated. Unfortunately there was no ice or ice trays in the freezer. I notified the property manager and hopefully they go that corrected. Great place to stay.

The shoulder season in Sun Valley had sun and blue skies, snow and grey skies, and beautiful yellow Aspen and Cottonwood trees. The condo was a perfect location for us. The condo was spacious, clean and cozy. We had a wonderful experience. The garage space was especially nice to use during the snow event.

Well, Let me begin by praising Sarah who helped us and Cal who came to repair the broken shades. The property was in a perfect location and was very convenient to walking for lunch dinner or breakfast. We loved the real fireplace and sauna.
However, when we walked into the unit it was pitch black, curtains all closed, smelled musty and very claustrophobic. We scurried around opening all the drapes and shades, several of them broken. The darkness just made us feel so unwelcome. There was only one window and one door that opened for fresh air.
We were not able to enjoy this rental. Although it was very clean. We left a night early.
However, when we walked into the unit it was pitch black, curtains all closed, smelled musty and very claustrophobic. We scurried around opening all the drapes and shades, several of them broken. The darkness just made us feel so unwelcome. There was only one window and one door that opened for fresh air.

Wonderful condo in great location
Had a great time with the family in this spacious well laid out condo. Sauna was big plus as was convenient location to the Lodge and a short walk to Ketchum.

Sun Valley retreat
Everything was great, service , cleanliness, location. The only draw back for us is the TV's were dated so could not use our apple TV in family room and no music. The kitchen and all other amenities in this property were A+.

Great location, cozy condo!
We were up for my daughter's skating competition at the Sun Valley ice rink and were looking for someone very close to there rink, that would fit my family and my parents. This condo perfectly fit the requirements and exceeded expectations. My only 'complaint', and it is strongly just a matter of preference, is that the beds were some of the firmest we've ever slept on. Overall, the condo furnishings and location were perfect and we look forward to staying there again.

Midwinter Ski Trip
This unit is a step above. We didn’t feel like we were in a rental, rather we felt like we were in someone’s high end home. The furnishings and details are very tasteful and appropriate to the mountain setting. It is also a quiet unit - everyone slept well. Additionally, it has one of the nicest kitchens we’ve ever used and is well equipped. The sauna was an additional highlight. The location is ideal - close to the Lodge pool, skating rink, and amenities without being in the mix of it. Walkable to town and yet set apart. We would rent this unit again!
