A friendly english-speaking reception, cheap underground parking (15 EURO/day)
It turned out, that the location is very convenient, the commuting to the city center is via nice and cheap metro.
I would definitely consider this place when next time at Lyon.
we were on the top floor, but there was a smell of smoke from the guests from below. It was allowed (?) to smoke on the balconies.

I think they have a hard time controlling people from smoking in the room, there was some smell.

The room was great, clean and comfortable. The location of the guest house very central. The WiFi connection was good.
