Staff were very helpful. Good hot water and water pressure. Toilet paper, kettle, and drinking water provided. Big comfy bed and I had a view.
Realised after my shower that no towels were provided. Aircon available on request but costs extra.

My stay was exceptional! This is really a great and affordable place. It exceeded my expectations for a hostel.

It was in Sapa.
I didn’t like our toilet, but it was a budget room, still, no excuse.
