About this bed and breakfast
This spacious fully furnished 800 sq ft private fully furnished guest house (with all utilities included) is conveniently located in the heart of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Situated close to I-20 in Arlington Texas, it is close to the Cowboys Stadium, The Rangers Ballpark, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, The Arlington Convention Center and many other attractions. The space is beautifully decorated for a relaxing and calm stay. It offers a completely separate entrance, fully private separate living space, and is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. The guest house includes a full-size murphy bed a large walk-in closet and a fully stocked kitchen. We are only able to rent out for 30 days minimum due to city law.

I enjoyed the studio apartment set-up and the location was a lovely and only 2 miles from family.
I would definitely stay again. The family was very friendly and accommodating.

All of the signs in this property are exactly right: your home away from home. Amanda and Brett are wonderful hosts - super responsive and helpful. We stayed there for 3 full months (even welcomed our first kid while there!), and loved all of the little "touches" they thought of. Highly recommend!

Lovely and comfortable studio
I stayed at this property for an extended period when based in Arlington for work, and found it had everything I needed for my longer term stay. The kitchen included induction cooktops and a roasting-capacity toaster oven along with a Keurig coffee machine. The space is really nicely decorated with a great shower, and both the Murphy bed and pull out queen sofa bed were very comfortable.
Communication with the hosts was great throughout--they were really helpful and informative. The neighbourhood is lovely, leafy and quiet and great for walks or cycling. Happy to recommend this place!

We were not able to stay in the apartment in Arlington, granddaughter was to play in volleyball tournament, but day before she broke her ankle, not able to play. To late for refund, wrote a note, explained, owner was so understanding, returned all monies, most graceful lady, I would stay there if need arose.

Great place & location
What an adorable little place!! The neighborhood is quite with beautiful well cared for homes.
This space is like a guest house connected to the garage & overlooking the pool. It has a parking space if needed & a private entrance through the fence in their backyard.
Tons of sleeping space for such a small area. We slept on the full size Murphy bed & it was comfy. There's also a queen pull out couch & blow up mattress if needed. Tons of extra pillows, blankets & fluffy towels.
The room was nice a cool when we arrived & Amanda had even left us a cute welcome note on the chalk board sign...such a great touch.
If we are back in Arlington, TX this will definitely be a place that we stay!!

Quiet get away
Great place to get away. Super clean, well decorated, private, and lacking for nothing. Great location to get to any of the tourist spots in the Arlington area. Hosts are very gracious and accommodating. We had a very restful and fun stay. Highly recommend.

Drove in, headed to six flags next morning with family...Hot shower and good rest did the trick.

Holiday
The host went above and beyond to make our stay so pleasurable. The apartment was beautiful, the pool was great, and the grounds were so well maintained. Would definitely recommend this as a home away from home.

Cozy guesthouse
If your in the DFW area and need a perfect home away from home, this guesthouse is just perfect. Even better then the pictures. Located in a very nice neighborhood, easy to get around. Home has been kept up nicely and the decor is fabulous! I will definitely be book again.

Perfect little place
This guest house was very clean and very well decorated. The hosts were more than accommodating. We were pleased with every aspect of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone.
