Pool looked beautiful.
Best of all were the kind and helpful staff.
Other guests were a bit rude, for example waiting for other guests to access the lift because they would always not have their key card. Many from Muslim countries in extended family packs camping every seat in the lobby.

Nana is a very busy place. They provided transport to take you to the Skytrain. You can only get into the lift with your room key which is great security.
The rooms are big but needs updating. It's good for a short stay.
