About this house rental
Nestled in Meredith, this attractive house for $625 per night is a great option for your next trip. This home is in Meredith right on Lake Winnipesaukee in Kelley Cove. The cove makes it safe for swimming, fishing, kayaking and floating, yet the big lake is right around the bend for jet skiing and speed boating activities. Bring your boat, the dock can accommodate up to two boats. Everything in this home has been thoughtfully updated. There are 4 bedrooms, (2 with Queen beds, 1 with a King), a bunk room in the lower level that sleeps 5. There is also a pull out couch in the lower level and 3 full bathrooms. Plenty of room for all your family and friends. This waterfront home is only 4 miles from the center of Meredith, making it convenient for restaurants, shopping, skiing and activities. There is also a marina on the street of this property for boat rentals or launching. The large open kitchen with all the modern amenities makes cooking a breeze. There is plenty of room at the oversized table to gather around for meals or game nights. After a full day of enjoying the lake and the local attractions, the lower level includes a cozy bar complete with dart board and oversized tv. A great place to share your fish stories of the one that got away. The outdoor patio area is complete with a gas grill and fire pit. Roast some marshmallows while overlooking the lake. And for dinning al fresco, there is an outdoor dining area. There are two kayaks, a three person canoe and life jackets on the property to enjoy the lake. All towels and linens are provided to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. There is a washer and dryer onsite too. This home is well cared for and equipped for a restful retreat. 3 levels of living space to spread out, stunning lake views, quiet cove with plenty of privacy, yet convenient to Meredith Center. Tall pines provide shade and sway in crisp mornings. We lived the comfort and well stocked amenities too! We rated 5 stars across the board except for cleanliness. The kitchen and bar areas could have been cleaner. They use a cleaning service so perhaps it was just an unusual oversight. We loved our stay!

We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals in NH over the past 20 years and this home is one of the best. It had everything we needed and the views were beautiful.

We went up with my two small kids (7 and 3) for an October weekend getaway, and it was perfect. My kids had their own space downstairs and loved the bunk beds. Outside the fire pit was a huge hit! I loved the quiet mornings in the living room looking out on the mist on the cove in the morning. We can't wait to go back!

Intergenerational Get-away
First floor bedroom and bath perfect for my 90 year old parents.
Downstairs 'suite' for my nephews gave them their own space.
Open kitchen, dining and living area where we congregated. The long dining room table allowed for board games, card games and meals. Beautiful setting on the lake.

Great Family Lake House
Our family had a wonderful week at the Lake House. The property was located in a quiet cove, perfect for paddle boarding, canoeing and swimming. Several nights we gathered at the firepit and made smores. The bunkhouse was perfect for our grandchildren. In the morning we heard Loons calling (very special). The kitchen was well equipped, including spices, coffee, paper goods, dishes and glasses. Our family will definitely be back to the Lake House.

Love the location and the home only issue would be the beds , not great - very flat and uncomfortable mattresses which is a shame because the entire home was VERY, VERY comfortable and perfect for our getaway. Beautiful cove, very quiet, close to town with loads of amenities in the home- would have given it 5 stars if not for the beds.

A beautiful hidden gem amongst the woods
The home is very nicely situated and all updated with a very nice contemporary feel. The home is clean and neat and very cozy. A nice view overlooking a piece of Lake Winnepausakee. The owners take great pride a d are very responsive. Well worth it! Nicely done!

Cozy home with breathtaking views!
Thank you for lending us your home for the Holidays. The home truly fit us perfectly. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to make meals for the whole family. The sunrise views from the dock were as breathtaking as the morning snow! The downstairs bunk room and family area was the perfect space for the kids to play. My only advice would be to have the cleaners do a better job at keeping it clean as there was a lot of dog hair on the couch, rugs and floor. Thankfully we found the vacuum and cleaned it up a bit. We hope to return to NH, and will consider your property once again.

This property has amazing outdoor space. Nice fire pit. Brand new dock. Gorgeous. Inside is tastefully decorated and equipped with pretty much everything. Owners were easy to coordinate with and responsive to feedback! Can only imagine the fun people would have here in the summer!

Perfect Family Getaway!
We loved staying at this lake house for a family getaway! The location is perfect and the pictures don’t do it justice. We fit a family of 10 at the dining table. We loved using the two kayaks and canoe. The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolute Paradise - Lake Winni 2020!!
We just returned from an amazing trip to Lake Winnipesaukee and this home did not disappoint!!! Given the current state of the world (COVID-19), escaping to the lake was exactly what our families needed to reenergize and reset. Who would’ve known when we booked this home almost one year prior what events would have taken place leading up to our stay? Everything was incredible from the minute we arrived to the moment we left (which was very sad). The home was exactly as described and the outdoor updates that had been done since we booked (new dock, lighting, patio, fire pit, etc.) was awesome. New air conditioning ducts made it perfect for those hot days as well as the fans when we didn’t need. The house was fully stocked and having all the linens and sheets provided was great. Kristen was awesome to work with throughout the process and was super responsive whenever we had a question leading up or during our stay. We typically stay on properties that require boat access when we visit the lake, so having a home on the mainland where the property was perfectly tucked away in the most perfect cove was such a great and relaxing experience. We would LOVE to rent again next year. Our fingers are crossed that can happen. Thanks again!!

Great Mid-Winter Vacation
Great stay during our February Break. Nice, private location. The layout of the house is as-pictured. Fantastic lay-out for two families. The kids LOVED the bunk room. The kids were a little disappointed that they could not access the lake for ice skating (bubbler under the dock) but it was a quick ride to town and we were able to skate behind the hotel. The owner is super responsive and made our stay nice and easy.

Beautiful house on the big lake
This house has everything you could wish for. Plenty of room to gather, talk, eat, and have fun. The whole home is clean and modern. WiFi and tv’s were great, but the view is even better.
Big family or group of friends this is the place to go. Owners were wonderful in responding to any questions we had. This is a spot where memories are made.

Wonderful long weekend away!
The place was perfect. Beautiful location by the lake (even in winter) the home is also beautifully decorated! Kitchen is well equipped. Even had a phone charger in the drawer in case you forgot it. (guilty!) It was the perfect space and room for my family and cousins family for the weekend. Would love to come back in the summer or fall.

Amazing!
This is a fantastic house. We had 3 families - 6 adults and 6 kids and it was absolutely perfect. The 6 kids were so happy to have the basement to themselves -- while the adults enjoyed the upstairs bedrooms and open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living on the first floor. The kitched had everything we needed - and more! We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you for helping us make our New Year holiday one to remember!
