We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated. The Old Town is easily accessible by bus, while the apartment itself is located in a quieter, less crowded area with plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby.
The host, Ana, is absolutely lovely and truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She made us feel welcome from the very beginning and we immediately felt at home. Everything was perfect, and we would happily stay here again!

The host Ana is AMAZING!! She met us right when we arrived and was very communicative leading up to our arrival. She went above and beyond in all aspects. Snacks and drinks upon arrival and great recommendations on every outing we were doing. Each apartment was fully stocked with everything needed, including Espresso, teas and all the cutlery and cooking items needed.
Additionally, the backyard was so beautiful you felt like you were at a spa. And on these hot hot Croatian summer days it was nice to jump in the pool morning, noon and nights.
The added bonus is she arranged for us to go to her family's restaurant that serves only Croatian home cooked meals and it was incredible - it was packed with locals and we felt really taken care of.
Another key factor to point out that it is in a very safe neighborhood and a quick drive to the Old City. It is VERY crowded in the Old City and some of the main beaches, so coming back to this neighborhood is really a nice break - there are great restaurants, close to other beaches etc. Dubrovnik is absolutely breathtaking and so is this house.
If you are going to Dubrovnik - you need to stay here - close to the ferry and short uber rides to everything. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Outdoor space was exceptional, two separate apartments which suited us and our teen kids. Ana was the best host we have ever experienced, she lives above the apartment but we never felt we were in someone’s home. Separate entrance, pool to ourselves but super helpful if and when needed.

We loved our stay here, we had both the ground floor apartments as we are a family of 4, and this gave us private use of the outdoor area and pool. The outdoor area is spacious and very stylishly designed, a beautiful retreat. The pool was heated and the kids just loved it- it was so nice for some family time after a busy holiday. Ana is such a wonderful and kind host, she was able to help us find parking for the car, recommended places to go. The aircon is very effective, WiFi excellent. Round the corner from the property there’s a regular bus route that brings you to Pile Gate ( main entrance to old town) so it’s all very easy to navigate. It’s a 30 min walk but as it was a heatwave we used the bus or uber is €12.
