I liked how clean the room was except for the couches. The staff was accommodating to us and let us switch our room due to some booking confusion and they were very attentive to us with all the questions we had about the room. The location is perfect. A stone's throw from a cafe and okinawan restaurant that is delicious. Additionally it's walking distance to a couple of beaches and other restaurants. The view was spectacular as well.
The couches and throw pillows were visibly dirty and needed to be reupholstered or changed.

The theme and overall aesthetic of the property were lovely, and I especially enjoyed the indoor bathtub. The complimentary drinks and local snacks were a thoughtful touch. The beautiful beach views and convenient free parking also added to the experience.
The photos and property map are quite misleading and they give the impression that all villas include a usable pool. At check-in, we were told the pool in our villa was purely decorative and not for swimming, which should be made much clearer in the listing given how heavily pools are featured in the photos.
The lighting and air conditioning controls were confusing and not user friendly, making the room uncomfortably hot at night.
Reception hours were also limited - with checkin at 3pm but staff finishing at 5pm, which gives a very small window for assistance. We arrived shortly after 3pm but still had to wait outside in the heat for 10–15 minutes as there was no one at reception.
While the staff member we eventually dealt with was friendly and did his best, for upwards of ¥70,000 per night I expected a much higher level of service and overall experience. During the same trip we stayed at a 5-star resort in Onna for a similar price, and the difference in quality and service was incomparable.
