Great location in Chinatown- very safe and lots of restaurants and cafes. Laundry facilities and a kitchen with tea and coffee provided. Lovely old building, but modern, comfortable room.

The room was renovated and clean. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is near China Town and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The pantry have water dispensers and offer unlimited bite. The staff is very helpful. It is of good value of money

There was no breakfast provided or none that I know of.
Room was tiny. I didn’t expect it to be this small. I suffer from claustrophobia and this room triggered that feeling as it was so small. And the receptionist who was on duty on check- in, wasn’t very forthcoming. I had requested an early check in , given we had flown overnight and were very tired. The earliest they do for us was 2 pm. Surely there are guests who leave early? I had checked out at 9:30 for example , I am sure there would be others like me. His attitude was not service oriented. He needs to be trained on how to handle guests.
