Staffs are fabulous!! Not forgetting Alex and Shirley. Both are funny and friendly and helpful at times when needed their kind assistance. Not to forget night shift staff, Farah if not mistaken.Meanwhile chef Anna & chef Lilin provide a good quality breakfast. I think sooner I need go gyms because of the amazing breakfast!!

Location was excellent…I could get to the anywhere from the nearby mrt stations.

Good location for getting around and very close to a food court.
Female dormitory with 2 showers and 2 toilets, which feels a bit insufficient, especially since there is no space to place personal items.
I was assigned a bed that was partially behind a wall, making access more difficult compared to others.
There is a rule about not wearing shoes inside, but the room was still full of shoes.
There is no proper space for luggage or backpacks, so everything ends up in the middle of the room, making the dorm quite messy.
Only a very small locker with a code is available, barely big enough for a handbag. Mine was broken, and the power outlets by my bed didn’t hold chargers properly. I tried another bed and they worked, but of course I couldn’t use someone else’s outlet.
Overall, I would only recommend it for a one-night stopover when you don’t need comfort or convenience.
