Parking available. Located 1 minute walk to the beautiful sea walk along harbour front. Shops, shopping mall, restaurants, museum, theatre, liquor store, marina, sea planes to Vancouver, B.C. Ferries, etc. all within walking distance.

This is a great little spot in downtown Nanaimo! Very close to walking trails taking you right downtown and beautiful views from the many windows. We enjoyed our stay, it is small but actually felt larger than the photos suggested. Possibly the best part? Air conditioning! This was a great relief as we were traveling in the warm summer months and no other places we stayed had AC.

Great private and cozy suite located a short walk from downtown along the water. I will definitely stay here again. And thanks for the Nanaimo bar...a wonderful surprise!

Terrific location overlooking the harbour. Host was friendly and helpful. Cozy, comfortable accommodation with some nice personal touches including complimentary Nanaimo bars!

We stayed here on our way back from fishing on Vancouver Island. Place was as advertised and a great location. You can walk into town and it was just above the waterfront walking trail which was wonderful.

This studio was well-appointed, clean, and perfect for a couple who loves to explore on foot. It was clear that Lenna enjoyed decorating and providing for any need her guests might have. Thank you, Lenna!

It was fully equipped with everything one could possibly need and hosts Lenna and Desi were so accommodating letting us use the driveway for easy access. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone.

Perfect date night in Nanaimo
We checked in super late but the host was there ready getting lights on and door open for us. We enjoyed the deck set and the view in the p.m and a.m before we left. The bed was perfect and the little touches were very appreciated! Thank you!

Quick stay
Needed a place close to the ferry terminal as we had the 6:30am sailing and this was perfect. Sorry we couldn’t appreciate the views etc because of the smoke - next time. Very quaint place, loved the beach decor

Great location
I really enjoyed my stay. I loved the location, very close to the sea wall. I liked the fact that the apartment was its own unit, separate from the home owner. It was very clean, and well equipped.
