Spacious rooms very central

Nice spacious rooms with small kitchen area and fridge. Good location in a quiet street, despite being so central and close to Av. 5 and 10. I would stay there again.

Though we didn’t have noise from outside, you can hear people going in and out of their rooms in the hallways - nothing crazy, but bring earplugs if you are very sensitive to sounds. There was not a lot of pressure in the large showerhead The Balcony was facing a wall, so don’t expect a nice view.

Good location, yet quiet space

Location was great with easy walking to the beaches, restaurants and bars, yet still providing a nice quiet space. Liked the small kitchenette; a plus having a refrigerator. Spacious room. Loved having the balcony which overlooked the street for people-watching. Secured entry. Beach towels provided at front desk.

The "corazón" of PDC 5th

Ideal location, huge living space.

Humidity within the room, but I guess that comes with the age of the building.

The location and the size of the room

The room smelled a bit weird, the jacuzzi was dirty, cleanless the first two nights wasn’t good at all, receptionists do not make you feel welcome they don’t even smile I was the one who said every time to them good morning or evening not them.

Well kept hotel close to 5th Ave . It had a small kitchenette with coffee maker and fridge . We loved the upstairs pool and our little deck .

Good hotel with a few issues

Beautiful rooms, friendly personal, good internet and really good location. Reasonable price.

No information on the parking spot beforehand, parking spots are not at the hotel (forbidden to park) but 2 blocks away. Toilets are barely or not working at all.

The room was right next to the maid's room and near the lobby so it was a bit noisy in the morning.

A few bugs to improve but pretty nice overall. Clean.

It's in the middle of everything going on. Easy enough to walk around. Room is spacious. Nice having balcony and rooftop to walk out on.

Rooftop "pool" is just a large hottub that does not turn on. Air conditioning didn't work well at all, but ceiling fan is in part of the room.

Highly recommended

The place is located right off of Quinta, but still very quiet. I’m a light sleeper but slept great here. Both the night staff and day time staff are beyond friendly and helpful, they all also speak really good English. The room is amazingly spacious and so is the bathroom. It is very thoughtfully equipped with plenty of power outlets, a huge smart TV, WiFi working great, and there are even lights in the closet. Mentioning this to show that they pay attention to the details here. The balcony is big enough to sit outside in the evening and enjoy the sunset (if your room is out to the front). The rooftop pool area is nice for a day away from the trouble at the beach. Our room was on the third floor, there was an elevator that worked well and was fast. There is a 7eleven right across the street (24/7) and in the evenings you get the best Marquesitas (rolled crepe-like sweet dish) at the local food stall opposite the hotel. It was overall the best place we stayed in during our trip.

It was just okay but I wish it was a bit cheaper.

The location was the best.

There were some issues with the sink in the bathroom. We used kitchen sink when we brushed our teeth.

When visiting Playa del Carman, I will always stay at Suits Corazon.

The location, the friendly staff. the room layout and cleanliness. When it comes to hotel rooms, I’m very picky, this place was as PERFECT as you can get. I sincerely loved Suites Corazon!!

The staff was very helpful for every question or issue that we had. The room is spacious and the location is good. We didn't usethe kitchen but it seems fair and I assume that you can ask the staff for more equipment.

The bed is VERY soft. We slept well, but the softness is worth mentioning. The shower has weak water power.

Good

The room was nice and clean and the hosts were always smiling and ready to offer help. The place is close to the Fifth avenue so you can easily enjoy the nightlife by taking a short walk down the lane.

The ceiling was dripping due to a newly pasted putty compound fix, the staff apologized many times for this explaining it was only temporary. The place seems more designed to couples so I would not take this option if you're a larger family.
