Beautiful Historical 1 bedroom , with a separate living room , a complete kitchen with stove and oven , this is not a studio Apartment ( upstairs ) located in the charming neighborhood of Parrot Cove. Completely renovated right and has hurricane proof windows in the heart of Downtown Lake Worth Beach. It is just 2 blocks from the golf course and 4 blocks from the main avenue "Lake Ave". Where you find all the shops, restaurants and bars, festivals, the Play House and movie Theatre. The Publix grocery store is a 10 min walk and it is 2 blocks from the intracoastal and a 28 minute walk to the beach. Please ask all Queries before you book . Check out all amenities. Thank you . Only original accounted guests on property. NO ANIMALS ON the property as it effects the health and welfare of the resident . Arriving after dark it was mildly uncomfortable because the property is behind a tall hedge and the street number required going into the yard to see it; once certain it was the right property all was fine. The neighborhood felt very safe. Wifi was stable and strong. Lots of windows so natural light was very pleasant during the day. It is a good base for exploring the area. I found good running paths about 15 minutes away by car, and multiple worthwhile local restaurants 5-10 minutes away by car. My favorites were Matthew's Brewery in the evening and The Pelican Restaurant for breakfast.

My husband and I were very comfortable and felt safe. The apartment was clean, lots of towels, everything you need. Located very close to beach and restaurants. Will definitely stay again in future.

A beautiful property in a wonderful neighborhood. Thoughtful accessories and supplies. My only negative is the delay to receive the lock code. I gather all my travel details in one place and not receiving that information until late on the day of check in was stressful.

It's in a great location and it was clean. Needs some work. Floors creak very loudly, I felt sorry for the people under us. The walls are thin, we heard every conversation next door. Unfortunately the weather was bad and we were there for a week, not that much to do in a beach town when it's cold except go to the bars. Luckily, there are plenty of them in walking distance. The front yard is deep and private, a nice place to sit in the sun. My biggest issue was that there was no dresser or chest in the bedroom, so I lived out of my suitcase all week. There is a closet in the dining area with lots of hangers, but not really convenient for shorts, pants, undies, so didn't use it except for coats.

Everything was as stated in the ad. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars and not far from the beach. The only thing I would have added is would loved to have had blankets as it just happened to be cold while we were there and we were not expecting cold weather. Did appreciate the beach towels!

Lake Worth property
The property was clean, quiet, comfortable for the two of us, communication with the manager was good, it was in a good location, close enough to the beach and yet still easy to get to I 95.

Perfect overnight stay
I rented this unit for a quick visit to Florida. The unit was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood it was located in was adorable and I would definitely book here again
