The second and third floor have 4 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Come and enjoy North Wildwood with us this summer or any time of year! (Linen service can be provided for a fee)

The property was as advertised. Questions about available household items prior to our arrival were quickly and satisfactorily answered. The accommodations for sleeping matched our family group perfectly. Our group had a most enjoyable stay.

My friends and I stayed at this house for a little reunion weekend. It was clean, spacious, and in a great location (less than 5 minute walk to beach and boardwalk). Michael was very helpful during the check-in process and available for communication throughout the entire weekend. Would definitely recommend.

The owner was very easy to work with. The house is big and spacious with two separate units. The interior of the house was clean upon arrival and checkin was easy. We ran into two minor issues during our stay. The first was the outside grill was not clean and the second was an issue with the air conditioning not working on the first floor. The owner responded impressively and was able to immediately resolve the issue. The grill was cleaned quickly and the owner installed window air conditioners within an hour of the issue beginning. The location of the home is a block and a half to the beach and boardwalk on a quiet street. From the back porch on the second floor you can see the Friday night fireworks through the trees. It wasn’t a perfect view but was entertaining. The porches on the first and second floor had great rocking chairs that we used just about every night. If you book I would recommend bringing your own plates and bowls. The home had some but not nearly enough for the 11 people that we had staying. Overall this was a great place to stay and the owners were very pleasant to work with. I would stay again.

Mike was great at communicating before, during, and after our stay. The location was perfect…Just a few short blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Worked out well for our group of teenage boys.

Michael’s property was a perfect location for my friends and family who attended the barefoot music festival. It was great for our large group and he was very helpful and accommodating with everything. It was very nice to have access to a grill in a very nice backyard. Having six parking spots was awesome.

We had a great stay at this home! There were 8 adults and 4 children under 2. We had enough room for them to play inside during the day/nap between trips to the boardwalk. We really enjoyed our time together!

The property was well above my expectations for the weekend getaway with my friends. It was very clean, and well had everything we needed. The only downside was that we weren't there long enough to enjoy all areas of the house (the backyard was so cute, but we kept to the porches). The host was very easy to get a hold of for the entire week before the booking, and during the weekend of our stay. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway with our grown children and their significant others. We were a group of 15. This house was absolutely perfect for us, with plenty of room to spread out if we wanted, or also to gather in one room if we chose . The house was clean, and located a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. There are so many things to do within walking distance. The owners were great with communication, and made check in so easy. I would highly recommend this house. We had absolutely the best time!

I stayed at this home from 27 Aug -3 September. The house was fantastic and the price was great, especially considering how close it is to the boardwalk. There was plenty of space for all of our guests and a GREAT room for my kids. And as a bonus, there was an outdoor shower and PLENTY of extra beach/recreational items in the back shed. Great experience all around. Would definitely do again.

Mike is great! He communicate in manageable times. The property is well manage , neat and clean. It is exactly what is in the pictures. We had a good time. A few blocks away from the boardwalk .

Me and my family had a lovely stay at Mike’s home. The check in/out process was seamless and the house was clean. There was lots of room and it was in a great location! Close to the beach, boardwalk, and lots of restaurants and shops. We hope to be back soon!

Mike was a awesome host and very friendly!!! Everyone time I message him for any information that I needed he quickly responded. The house was huge and very comfortable. Everything you need was there. The house is just a block from the beach/boardwalk. Me and my family can’t wait to go back. Thank you Mike for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

Renting with Michael was as easy as It comes! Cheer moms and sassy 7yrs invaded this home for competition weekend and It was a perfect place to stay, mins away from the arena and although It was an off season visit the house was spotless and easy to enter contactless! Michael is very personalable and answered all of my questions promptly! We will be staying here for all future competitions in the upcoming years!

This is the perfect property for extended families. We stayed for a long weekend with the my sons and their family. The children and grandchildren stayed upstairs and my husband and I stayed downstairs. It gave us a great opportunity to spend time together but still have some alone time at the shore. The house also has a shady backyard with picnic tables so you can sit and have some quiet family time away from the bustle of the boardwalk. The house was clean and very comfortable. The owner responded quickly to all of my questions. I am definitely going to recommend this house to my family and friends.

The house was clean and had all the amenities for a large family vacation. The location is wonderful, a short walk from the boardwalk and a short drive from great walking trails. We had a very large party consisting of 4 families and had plenty of room to go around. The home was kept very clean and we had all the amenities. Also very close to the boards. The owners communicated things very well and check-in was seamless. We would love to consider staying again during the summer season.
