The host was very friendly and helpful. The place had charm and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and was made with local and fresh ingredients.
As it's an old castle the walls are relatively thin, so one can hear what's going on in the rooms around you.

It was quirky. Comfortable bed. Decent shower.
Welcoming host.
The sheet on the bed was rough and had holes in it, also a stain.
Breakfast for us was too late at 8.30 as we had a ferry to catch.
Not suitable for the infirm as lots of stairs to climb!
