Kai welcomed me warmly and calmly, giving me all the necessary information in the short period of time I had before my next call. My quiet room was nicely furnished and left nothing to be desired, on the contrary - there was a huge choice of tea and coffee, crockery and cutlery, extra blankets, toiletry and adapters, and to top it off, a small rack to hang my towels to dry (a detail I usually miss)! He also furnished me with a welcome card for tourists which, unfortunately, I didn't have the time to take advantage of as I was pressed for time. Nevertheless, this was the perfect place to unwind and recharge!
One must be aware that the shared bathroom is directly adjacent and not sound proofed. ;-)

Very friendly host, clean and comfortable room, easy to get there with public transport. The shared bathroom was clean and practical, in the room there was a coffee machine and a good tea selection. We just needed a simple place to stay overnight as we were travelling south, and we found a fantastic value for money, we will be back!

Supermarket and tram close.
The price too high just for one nigth and the bed was very uncomfortable.
