We had a very pleasant stay at Fabryka Wełny. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious. There is a large guest parking area with electric car charging stations, which is a great plus.
The pool is sufficient and perfect for children. There are also other activities for children and a lovely park nearby, perfect for a walk.

This was our second time in this hotel, we love it. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast delicious and spa and kids zones were amazing.
The room was not so clean this time- we found some sand under the table and a part of kids toy from precious quests, so it was a bit dissapointment.

Decent hotel located not too far from the city of Łódź
Clean, well maintained hotel
Poor quality cosmetics, not enough pillows in the room
I booked a table for two for dinner at the hotel. I felt completely ignored by waiting staff once I entered the restaurant. They were busy and pretended not to notice me, which was unacceptable and a very poor customer service. Such a disappointment, however food (steak) was good and cooked how we requested.
