The studio is so convenient to Stradun (the main street in the Old Town) so could easily pop back during the day. The room was a great size with a comfortable bed, air con available alongside a little kitchen area with hob if you wanted to cook and a fridge etc. The bathroom was clean and provided a powerful shower. The host (Matea) was very friendly over messages on day of check in and provided clear instructions for self check-in as I arrived late at night. The street the place is situated is quiet even though there are restaurants seconds away, I kept using La Bocca as a reference point to know I was nearly there!
Not the hosts fault but something to be aware of - Booking.com will require you to submit your expected arrival time but I didn't receive a response for this so it kept asking me to resubmit. Instead, the company will be in touch just before the stay for you to provide these details

The location is amazing! A lot of people have to climb a ton of steps to get to their apartment with their luggage and we didn’t. Staff is very nice!
The apartment smells like mildew and had mold in the shower. Very noisy from other apartment tenants because they all have to walk by this unit after entering the main area. No noise from outside though.
