Great sized room, comfortable bed and very close to the trains station. The staff were very helpful and let us check in early.
The bathroom tiles were dirty and needed a good clean. I ended up wearing flipflops in the shower as it was so unclean. There was some packaging left over on the floor from previous guests on the bathroom floor also.
By contrast the room was very clean.

Fantastic location when arriving by train. Absolutely perfect check-in overseen by Olivia who was kind enough to recommend some great coffee spots too.
Everything we needed was within walking a short distance and transport links for visiting further afield were excellent

Great location, lovely old building with high ceilings. Room decoration was great. Nice big bathroom.
The room was quiet, compared to when we had stayed in the old town 2 years ago.
I asked the delightful man who checked us in for a lunch recommendation, and it was fabulous. Made our stay even better.
The room had a nice big refrigerator and good working air conditioning.
A cloth to dry mugs and glasses would be appreciated

Great central location, nice interior design
no room cleaning - it was 35 degrees and the bins weren’t even emptied once in 4 days ! We had to buy toilet paper bc no restock as no room cleaning ! For that price daily room cleaning should be normal !
You can feel that the property is managed externally by a management company who doesn’t do much effort
