Zdecydowanie bardzo polecam

Hotel zaskoczył mnie bardzo pozytywnie. Przemiła obsługa, bardzo dobre jedzenie, dostępne bez żadnego problemu również pod koniec godzin śniadania czy kolacji. Część SPA bardzo przyjemna z ręcznikami i szlafrokami w cenie - duży plus. Świetna okolica, nad samym jeziorem z ładną plażą i wspaniałym lasem dookoła, super miejsce do spacerów. Na całym terenie hotelu i dookoła czysto. Darmowe miejsca parkingowe. W pokoju było cicho pomimo remontu restauracji, nie przeszkadzał ani w spaniu czy odpoczynku ani w posiłkach. Na miejscu można było umówić się na masaż, który też był super. Zdecydowanie bardzo polecam :)

Nasz pokój był dość mały czego nie widać na zdjęciach choć nam osobiście nie przeszkadzało to za bardzo. Widok z pokoju właściwie żaden (na dach) ale dla nas to również nie było kluczowe ;) W strefie SPA przydałby się zasłonięty prysznic żeby móc spokojnie wziąć prysznic po saunie, a przy samej saunie przydałyby się oznaczenia jak się zachować bo nie wszyscy wiedzieli i np. wchodzili w strojach bez ręczników czy toczyli głośne rozmowy o polityce ale to już trudno winić hotel za brak kultury. Fajnie gdyby gdzieś w lobby była dostępna kawa/herbata w ciągu dnia. Suszarki faktycznie są do wypożyczenia w recepcji ale nie ma suszarki z dyfuzorem - ale to już raczej niuanse ;)

Неудобная кровать Очень короткие одеяла, поэтому в весенний период, когда отключили отопление может быть холодно Указано, что есть барбекю, но как такового нет

Disappointing

Nice hotel indoor pool and has a good location on the beach.

They cater for occasions and parties at the weekend that go on until 4am in the morning, and the noise is unacceptable for anyone who wants to sleep. and has a room near the function suite. There is no cleaning of the room all week even though it was requested

The staff was super friendly. Hotel is next to a lake. They have a wonderful children's room. Good facilities to be with children.

The pool was 25°C. A little cold to be with small children. And it's working hours are only from 10 in the morning. The breakfast and dinner were avarage.

Good stay but could be better

Cleanliness on very high standard, Reception staff very professional, on side breakfast/dinner staff ok but is still alot of room for improvement specially in breakfast time.

First day after breakfast my daughter was stopped and advised that she can't take bottle of yoghurt which she already half drunk so we left it (staff throw yoghurt to a bin). We stayed in hotel Rudnik for 10 days and unfortunately in 15-20 occasions we saw guests leaving breakfast area with sandwiches, yoghurts, bananas which was very upseting to see as staff not reacted to that but was very happy to stopped a child. Also no fridge in a room.

clean, pleasant, lively mini beach

Clean hotel at mini-beach in the forest. I unpacked my bicycle and could access the town center easily by a straight path through the forest. Breakfast quite good. The only downside was that the walls are thin. I listened to the phone conversation by one of my neighbors. But as a late booker, I tend to get the left-over rooms.

The place is nice.

There was a very loud party lasting until 4:30am. Staff did not warn us about it nor offer any way to actually be able to sleep or even sleep until a bit later.

Good price, beautiful nature around but poor meals, something definetly to improve.

Price was definitely very good, especially together with included both breakfast and supper. Also the area around is very nice, beauty lake and forest in a quiet neighborhood.

It was couple of things I have to comment. First of all nobody there, including personnel, were using masks. Most of the disinfection stations were empty for fluid and I had to ask the staff to get it fixed. Even though there were signs to obligatory use of masks and disinfection fluid, nobody really took care about it. I was obviously the only one following the pandemic regulations. During the 6 day stay I have ordered room cleaning twice. The first time everything was OK, but the second time nobody came up to clean the room and I had to report it, so finally the day after the room was cleaned, but they haven't delivered water as after the first cleaning. TV channels quite limited, no foreign channels, no TVN24 which is the main info channel in Poland, just TVP Info, which is totally not independent and reliable channel. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special and basically everyday was pretty much the same choice. Very difficult to get wholemeal bread/rolls. Dinner/supper was not the best quality, more like in a cheap restaurant or canteen than a hotel choice. Sometimes there were 4 dishes to choose, sometimes just one, due to lack of hotel guests. The last night I have ordered a lunch box, as I had to leave early and asked for wholemeal sandwich. Next morning the lunch box was ready and I have been told that it should be wholemeal as requested. Unfortunately it was plain cheap rolls again. Hotel staff was very nice, but due to the facts mentioned above one could feel lack of proper hotel quality. Well, someone may say man gets what man pays for, since the price was very good. good choice for nature lovers, but food lovers should choose Ibis downtown.

Not very welcoming if you don't speak Polish

Very nice surroundings Local beer was very nice Reception staff friendly

Some of the staff were very difficult to communicate with and my basic Polish did not help. Used my translate app frequently to help read the restaurant menu which was in Polish only, no big deal it is Poland after all. Room was very dark, dark furniture, dark wall coverings etc Basin tap was impossible to use, suggest taking the spray nozzle off Toilet seat was loose Bedside lamp loose and bulb flashed intermittently Nothing to do in the evening

A very nice stay - easy in easy out

This hotel is located in an extremely beautiful scenery inside a forest close to the lake. It is a charmin hotel with contemporary facilities, very friendly staff and a very nice restaurant. The rooms are big and comfortable, it is very clear that this Hotel is updating the rooms and the furniture was nice.

Towels should not be on the bed but in the bathroom, and it would have been great if there was some updated material (Hotel rules and menu card) in the room. As usual with almost any hotel today a larger TV - maybe even a smart TV would have been nice - but at the price you can not expect more.
