The apartment was very tastefully furnished and immaculately clean which made for a very comfortable stay. It's on a quiet street but everything you need is on your doorstep. The beautiful Maria Pia beach is only a short walk away. In addition, it has a balcony where you can dine or have a drink whilst looking at a lovely view of the sea.

No dislikes at all. It was perfect and I'd definitely come back if the chance arises.

The apartment is in a great location, with a sea view from the balcony, a nice lounge-bar on the beach just in front and an amazing beach easily accessible. The city center is walking distance also. WiFi was very good and the apartment had all the appliances we needed. Car parking was very easy to access and free. Pets were welcomed and enjoyed the nice garden downstairs. The host was also very nice and very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay, thank you! We highly recommend this apartment!

The pictures in the bookings are a bit misleading. The building is very run down, that looks like a ghetto, not the same as the picture. We went in March so it’s still cold in the evenings but the air conditioning doesn’t warm the the properly, actually it doesn’t seem to work. We chose to sleep in the blue bedroom because it is bigger but it is too cold. The flat is cold and the air-con made it worse although we tried to turn up the temperature- it actually warmer without the air-con on. we had to move to the green bedroom as it is smaller and with window so not too much wind came in. But there is a big damp in the green bedroom, underneath the window. At the end of the stay we both got sick. The hot water tank is too small so the hot water finishes very quickly when taking shower. it is not enough for two people taking shower one after the other. Overall, this is the worst place we have stayed. By choosing a place with 4 stars and 9.5 reviews, we were expecting a much better experience. We think the place is overpriced for the season and it’s condition. A place with dump issue, shouldn’t be on the market.

It was one of the best holiday I had with my children. Raffaella was very nice and helpful providing with everything we need . The beach was close and we love Maria Pia . The flat immaculate and brilliant location from the balcony sea view . Gabriella was very nice too as she helps us keep clean the flat . There are lot of things to do in Alghero and highly recommend the place . My son loved bed the cushions and I personally the shower :))) . Thank you for our lovely holiday !!

Beach did get busy, especially at the weekend, but was friendly and relaxing

Rafaella was so lovely and so helpful, added some really wonderful touches for our honeymoon stay! Ideal location for us, nice and close to a reasonably quiet beach (just across the road!) and some nice beach bars. Just a 20 minute walk to the thriving old town. Supermarket, fruit and veg market and bakery just around the corner. Also just a 10 minute walk to Maria Pia beach. The apartment was so clean and modern, very comfortable beds and a lovely rainfall shower in the ensuite. We are both big foodies so we spent a lot of time cooking fresh food from the markets in the apartment, we had everything we needed to be able to do this, but it's only a short walk to lovely restaurants! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again, 100% recommended!
