La proximité avec le centre ville historique est excellent ! L’arrivée autonome à n’importe quelle heure est intéressante, et l’appartement reste très spacieux pour la ville !
La petite terrasse est sympathique dans l’appartement du 1er étage !
- Moisissures présentes dans l’appartement (Dans les chambres, salle de bain et salle à manger), odeurs très fortes dans tous l’appartement ainsi que le Hall d’entrée !
- Insectes présents dans les chambres et dans la salle de bain !
- Quartier très difficile à se parquer quand nous avons une voiture de location par exemple !
- Le plafond s’effrite partout dans l’appartement et fait des trous de couleurs !
- Appartement très froid, car il n’y a aucun chauffage présent dans celui-ci à part le petit chauffage dans la salle de bain !!
- Tâches suspectes présents sur les draps du lit !
- La fenêtre de la grande chambre ne se ferme plus du tout donc nous avons du dormir avec une fenêtre pas verrouillé et ayant un accès total au toit !
- Et pour finir en beauté l’isolation sonore CATASTROPHIQUE de l’appartement celui-ci se situe au dessus d’une salle de billard où les personnes expriment leurs joies un peu trop fortes jusqu’à 00h et l’appartement du dessus ayant fait une soirée jusqu’à 3h du matin donc aucun moyen de dormir !!!

Quando chegamos o cheiro dentro do apartamento estava muito forte, talvez se colocassem proteções nos ralos amenizaria um pouco.

As described and great facilities. It is at the city center and has access to many attractions. The family was happy as it felt very welcoming.
Missing essential amenities such as soap and related. There is a slight off smell maybe because it stays all closed up. Lastly, internet was a slow.

the location of the apartment was in good position, near to main road and 350 meters from the metro station.
The apartment has an unpleasant smell.

The attention of the hosts and all the information made available by them. They also helped us with our luggage and when we needed changing our reservation, they were very friendly
The check-in process, as it was very late, starting at 5 pm, and when my family and I arrived at the apartment there were still people cleaning the house.

Poor stay. Lack of equipment in Kitchen. Chipped dishes. No wine glasses. No privacy for people sleeping on sleeper couch. Had a piece of cardboard covering the main bedroom window. Had a remote for Netflix but had no Netflix. Truly disappointing for the price paid.

For four nights we got only one towel each, at least two needed. Everything else was very good. I would recommend to everyone

Really comfortable house for a family of 4. It was just as it looked in the photos! We even a had balcony.
Kitchen appliances were a bit lacking, but the kitchen was large and spacious. There were no curtains in the living room.

Location was good, close to the center. Everything was given for a simple trip. They offered to leave our luggage in their office and the staff was very helpful.
The heating was not working in most rooms, there was not enough hot water for 10 people.

Cold, the pics are taken to look spaces and tidy the reality is totally different and the toilet smell and all the electronics do not work not even the heaters
