Gustav was very helpful and responded very quickly to any queries. We arrived in Porto early and he allowed us to leave our luggage at the flat before check in.
The location of the flat was excellent and we loved the lounge /kitchen area. We appreciated the welcoming bottle of port left for us on our arrival .

A great location, easy to get to the mercado and the shops, and not too far away from the train station, and we loved having 3 bathrooms. It was nice to have an equipped kitchen so we could self cater a bit. There is a small supermarket straight opposite, and a laundrette around the corner as well.
Our google maps direction took us to a door a few down from the actual property, and the door code actually opened that door. So then we were very confused. Luckily managed to realise we must have been in the wrong building.
The bathrooms could use a bit of refreshment but otherwise all was good

No elevator.
No paper towels, no tissues, no bath soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Size and location are great. Also 3 bathrooms.
Air conditioning would have helped in the heat.
