The room was clean and good. It's around 5 mins walk to the metro Harburg Rathaus from where you can take the metro and travel to the Hamburg City. The staff were good, helpful except one of the guys who talks always negatively when I have reported about the Wi-Fi issues.
I observed that there were frequent issues with the Wi-Fi which I reported but I was informed by one of the staff members that's the problem was with the Service Provider itself. This can't be the ISP problem for the 3 days I was staying here.

Convenient location close to the train station. I got a larger room than what I paid for and it felt very cosy. The communication with staff was great.
Some corners in the room very not really vacuumed and the pillows could have been more comfortable. Also the WiFi stops working from time to time for a minute or so. But these are just minor details, I would still very much recommend the hotel.
