Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Bahnhof Harburg und an einer Hauptstraße. Wir hatten zum Glück ein Zimmer zur Seite der Wohnsiedlung und daher war es schön ruhig. Die Gegend ist auch sehr nett, Neubausiedlung, ein Gym und ein Edeka. Mit der SBahn ist man schnell in Hamburg.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Bett sehr bequem.
Wir hatten einen Hund dabei und wie immer muss man eine extra Gebühr zahlen, ohne dass man irgendwas dafür bekommt (Napf o. Ä.). Hunde dürfen nicht mit in den Frühstücksraum und müssten auf dem Zimmer warten oder man muss in der Lobby frühstücken.

The staff was really friendly and helped us out a lot when we needed help. The hotel is really clean and looks brand new, although it must be at least ten years old. The hotel is located next to a large fitness club, which is also excellent.
The hotel's own parking space is protected by a boom, which can only let vehicles under 2.1 m pass. But they provided another parking space for us next to the hotel.

Easy Check Out
It was very loud in the Morning (around 7 am), I’m not sure if it was the cleaning crew or other guests but there was a lot of slamming doors, yelling in the hall. Also we put the ‘do not disturb’ sign outside because WE DID NOT WANT TO BE DISTURBED however we got woken up AGAIN (after all that previous noise) with continuous knocking on our door from the cleaner. So the sign didn’t well give him a sign 🤷🏻♀️ the room didn’t seem dirty but the bathroom sink was. The beds were also not on the bigger side (they just separated a double) and it was quite tight. The beds were also loud when turning around and uncomfortably hard.
