I liked Daniela, an employee halping at the reception at breakfast. She was specially helpful and efficient.
The night staff could not explain well about parking on the street. The hotel parking was full. In this case, they should be able to help guests finding another place and not just say "google it" !

The location is great, good for lots of tourist attractions.
Hotel bar area is a lovely place to chill and relax
Lack of tea/coffee making facilities. It is quite expensive, but it is such a lovely location.
