Great location, clean, quiet and comfortable room. Good aircon. Helpful staff. Very close to public transportation.
Having a small fridge in the room and fresh milk for tea/ coffee would have made it perfect.

Basic rooms with all necessities, a typical good-quality hotel from the mid 2000s.
10-minute walk to the metro station and bus stops to the city center. Great breakfast spots around the place, in 15 minutes from St Pauli and its great food places
Unreasonable prices for services, for example, breakfast for EUR 23, and parking for EUR 26 (I was told that it's super narrow, and there are plenty of ).

The room was very comfortable and well-appointed. Nothing to complain about at all, tidy, warm, kept clean. Staff were super helpful in every respect.

The location is amazing, for the event I was attending. Ensure that evey place is easy to reach and the trains were very accessible.
They had difficulty understanding english which meant that communication was tricky. The rooms did not feel very clean esepcially the carpets and the walls in the rooms.
