very clean, the nice lady who let me in took extra time to show me the city's map in order to help me solve a problem. compact but cozy, the room was more than enough for me.
My only issue is the bathroom was a tad bit small for me because I'm impaired, but I did book a the smallest room possible, so

Friendly staff and super close to the tennis stadium. Room was small but comfortable. They let me access the room a couple hours early which was very much appreciated.
The shower was rather small and awkward but serviceable. No mini fridge in room, which would have useful. The room has heating but no cooling so it was quite stuffy on hot nights.

it was very close to the train station.
the rooms had very thin walls, the cleaners would start cleaning very early which caused a lot of disturbances
