The hotel was calm and very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned every day and everything was always very clean and fresh. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially a blonde girl who was like an angel. She was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. She made my stay even better. I truly enjoyed my time there.
The room was very hot and the air felt heavy every time you walked into the room.
Unfortunately, I also encountered a staff member who was very rude and unprofessional. Communication didn’t go well at all and it felt like she lacked basic people skills and didn’t treat guests in a respectful way.

It was very nice of them to prepare a room for us and our dog, they provided a dog bed, a set of pots and some treats. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, very nice people working there.
Biggest issue was the communication about the self check in: the instructions provided were very unclear, there are two digital displays at the door and the right one is not visible at first. We had to call them, it took a while to get in. Another irritating situation happened when they demanded us to pay for the dog stay after we got in and tried to check in: 1) it was 10 pm, there was nobody there and using all those devices after a long drive wasn’t really thrilling; 2) the online service link they sent had no mentioning of the dog fee, nor a payment link, it would be much easier to pay online or in the morning but they said it is not possible, they can’t make a key until we paid. Late night after a long drive wasn’t really a right time to discuss this and hassle with all the cards etc; 3) the fee of 30€ per night for the dog is outrageous to say the least; we had been to a few countries over the last few weeks and we paid from 0 to 15€ per night, and the 30€ per night was a bit of a shock. And lastly, the shower is quite small and designed in a way that the water would inevitably end up on a floor, not the most pleasant experience either

Room didn’t have a view at all there was a wall directly in front of the window scary in case of fire and escape
