A very city based hotel with good facilties and an excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. Located in a quite urban / industrial area. Used e-scooters or bikes to get into the heart of Hamburg, otherwise a good 30min walk

Quiet residential area, windows can be opened, supermarket around the corner,
Rooms feel cramped, shower water is not consistent hot, beds are a bit hard

The location suited us, with a short walk to the Bann. Beds very comfortable. Staff were all friendly and efficient. One of the reception staff was outstanding - we unfortunately can’t remember her name, but she was incredibly helpful and provided really spot-on restaurant/eating recommendations!
We were checked into a room which was next to the on site gym. Fine until early morning treadmill users got going! We were moved to a more suitable room immediately we requested.
