No night person to let you in. Our train was delayed and had a hard time getting in

Modern, clean room.
Elevator was out of service which made it difficult with bags. There was no offer to assist with carrying bags up three flights, which I think was pretty bad.

Comfortable bed and good TV.
The isolation was very poor, we could hear everyone talking outside the window as well as outside the room so the sleeping was not optimal. Also the room was super extra small. Definitely not worth 200€ a night. Not to mention that the shower could be cleaner.
