The hotel is right next to the metro station, the room was spacious and clean and the bathroom amenities were a nice touch. The design is modern and cozy.
Also the toilet was in a separate room from the shower and the basin which I appreciated.
You can't check in before 4pm which is really late in my opinion, I tried to ask for an early check in but it was not possible.
I even tried to ask for informations about when they would clean the room but apparently there isn't that kind of communication with the cleaning staff because they said they couldn't know it.
They still let us store the luggages at the reception.

A room towards south would have been even better.
I had to trick the air condition to turn off completely, an "OFF" button un the display would have been nice.

Good access to the U4 train link, a large reception and lounge area on the ground floor plus well proportioned bedrooms. All the staff were very pleasant and generally has the feel of quite a high-end hotel… but make sure you are a heavy sleeper!
NOISE! The ventilation unit, on its lowest setting, sounded like an aeroplane taxiing on a runway. The unit, which had no obvious ‘off’ switch would ramp up and down every half hour just to add to the nuisance. For a country that prides itself on its engineering this was just so bad, I would be surprised if this meets German building regulations for a hotel room. In the middle of the night I measured between 65 and 72 dB(A) at 3m (Should be more like 25-30 dB(A)). It wasn't just my room either! Can I suggest the manager takes time out to spend a night in one of the rooms to experience what seems to be an obvious design flaw.
